Refund policy
At Partapalooza, all parts are used or salvaged. We do not offer refunds — only exchanges under limited circumstances.
Exchanges are accepted only if:
- The item is significantly different from its description
- The item is damaged during shipping
- The incorrect item was shipped
Cosmetic blemishes, normal signs of prior use, or missing manufacturer packaging do not qualify as defects and are not eligible for exchange.
How to Request an Exchange
- Contact us at partapalooza@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery
- Include your order number and photos (if applicable)
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted
Conditions
- Items must be returned in the same condition as received
- Unless the exchange is due to our error, you are responsible for return shipping costs
Replacement Parts
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship a replacement part of the same type
- If an identical part is not available, we will provide a comparable substitute or refund.
