6. Pricing and Payment

Cosmetic blemishes, normal signs of prior use, or missing original manufacturer packaging do not qualify as defects and are not grounds for exchange.
9.2 Exchange Process
Exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. Contact our customer service team to begin the exchange process.
9.3 Exchange Conditions
Returned items must be in the same condition as received. Unless the exchange is due to our error, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
9.4 Replacement Parts
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship a replacement part of the same type. If an identical replacement is not available, we will work with you to provide a comparable substitute. If a comparable substitute cannot be provided, we may issue store credit at our discretion.

For claims under $10,000, either party may bring the matter in small claims court in Monongalia County, West Virginia, rather than in higher court. Both parties waive the right to a jury trial or to participate in class actions.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
